Covenants |

The Milhaven covenants were established in 1991 and are the “Rules of the Road” that dictate the changes that are allowed to residential property within the neighborhood. These guidelines should be consulted before changes are implemented, and the changes must also be approved by the Board. If you are planning to make any change on your property that requires approval, please submit two sets of plans to the President of the Board. If you have questions, please call any Board member.

If you are planning to sell your home, you will need to request a “Moving Package” from the Treasurer. The package includes a disclosure letter required by the settlement attorney and a copy of the Covenants and Restrictions. The fee is $50. |
